This blog consists of essays and musings about my experiences learning how to overcome bulimia and binge eating disorder. I am not a doctor, a nutritionist, a dietitian or a psychologist. In these pages, I offer my experiences of how I managed to overcome a lifelong struggle with food, eating and body image issues.
The conclusions I have come to are based on reading books, treatment programs I have attended, counseling sessions and other blogs. However, all the posts are my own opinions and they are not meant to supersede professional advice.

Your path to recovery will be different than anyone else’s. You must find what works best for you. If you are struggling and desperate, I encourage you to seek professional help, read everything you can, keep an open mind, talk to others, and most importantly NEVER GIVE UP!
